Well he DOES get paid a lot at Roma, but a PSG or City could pay him more though, yes. And he gives up the glory of trophies as well, I doubt he will ever win anything other than Coppa Italia with Roma.

I'd really want him at Chelsea if I didn't already love Ramires so much, heh. That said the price that's being mooted for his transfer is very reasonable for a player of his class, despite his age.
