So they have beaten the Germans in Berlin with the B squad. And it was a first loss for hosts in Berlin 30 years.
    All down to Capello?

Brilliant result, planning to do my first trip with England down in Valencia for our friendly in Febuary after Valencia going to head to Sevilla for the Betis and Barça game. Sounds good?

England have one of the best squad's in the world, full of world class players, on paper it looks like a world cup winning team.

Micah Richards, Terry, Ferdinand, A.Cole, Hargreaves, Carrick, Lampard, Gerrard, Barry, J.Cole, Owen, Rooney, Defoe, Heskey.

Thats a complete team what more do you need ? It's beyond me that they have'nt won any major tournament in so long because all these players are performing very well with their clubs, they just need to learn to work together.

I think theres a hell of a lot of expectation too from the press and fans why England don´t win anything. It´s not like any other country, the whole nation, turns to a stand still to watch England. Mate it`s incredible!

They owe Capello big time. They may have a world class squad but without good manager, they are nothing.

Yes, me 2 am surprised of england's underachievement, espacially not qualifying for Euro 2008. Anyways with players such as James-Terry-Ferdinand-A.Cole-J.Cole-Lampard-Gerrard-Rooney-Beckham.... and Capello's genius, like everyone said they have a good chance. But winning the world cup will be tough with teams like Spain, Netherlands, Brazil, Germany and Argentina Around. France and Italy, the last finalist, have instead of developing, got worse and I don't think they will make it so far in the tournament again. Portugal might not qualify(THANKS TO THE LEADERSHIP OF CR7 OF COURSE)

    GK

    Richards
    Ferdinand
    Terry
    A.cole

    Walcott
    Barry/Carrick
    Lampard
    A.Young

    Gerrard

    Rooney

That should be the team and it would go far. Still reckon the argies and Spain but after those 2 england could very well make the semis.
Guardiola is quoted as telling Catalan radio: “Liverpool Academy is the only one who can compete at "La Masia". If they can manage those lads, then maybe 20 star players can arrive from that academy.”

Watching David Silva is like watching Pornography.

OMG you left the superstar out, where's Frank Lampard?

    Here's my team: Kirkland-Richards-Ferdinand-Terry-A.Cole

    Defensive Midfielder: Carrick
    Attacking Midfielders: Lampard and Gerrad
    Wingers: J.Cole and Walcott
    Lonley Striker: Rooney

    4-5-1 like this

    Kirkland

    Carrick

    J.Cole-------------------------------Walcott

    Lampard-------Gerrard
