Really nice to see Bruno back, a great reaction from his team mates as well. This is what football should be all about - comradeship and respect - but is all too often forgotten in todays world driven by money and need for immediate success.

1,128 days later Bruno Soriano is back playing for Villarreal in LaLiga.

Special moment as he was passed the armband too.

Tears on the field after the game from Bruno, overcome with emotion.

?I?m not going to lie to you. It?s been tough. Sometimes I wondered if it would?ve been better to give up and not bother coming back??

Both Bruno and Cazorla have gone through some tough times. It's great to see Cazorla performing on a high level since his return and I hope Bruno can do the same but on the other hand at age 36 it also wouldn't surprise me if he'll decide to retire after this season.

Just a quick reminder of how good he was before injuries. One of the most underrated midfielders in La Liga imo.

Some board members may be watching this forum. Don't give them ideas.

Looks like Cazorla will join Xavi in Qatar.

BREAKING: @AlsaddSC are set to announce the signing of free agent Santi Cazorla

The club’s media officer Ahmed Al Ansari confirmed that they are at an advanced stage of negotiations with the 35-year old, who has 10 goals and 9 assists for Villarreal this season
