If true we should be all over him. Like what I saw from him at Marseille.

Probably just BS though as I've read he wants to return on loan to OM for another year.

Why did Nice cancel the loan of Saliba before he moved to Marseille?

Don't know anything about this. Did they really cancel his loan? I think it just ended and he returned to Arsenal, then Nice decided to use their buy option on Todibo and Saliba went to Marseille.
