its also kind of bonkers how youve managed to get results despite your calamitous injury crisis.

if something like that happened to us we would drop to 16th or something

Well, if all else fail, just lump in some crosses from setpieces, you guys really dont have that weapon.

You should be happy, as now you too have a chance to win the league.
You are aware we are tied on points if you win your game, right?

This match today, is the reason I'm not happy that Atleti is losing points. Barca doesn't have a chance to win the league.

Barca is not Real, they don't know how to play shit and still get the result.

Araujo injury really fucked our chances up. Season over.

Should just play Araujo-Mingueza when he’s back, Puig in midfield etc there’s zero point playing the “experienced players” anymore. Been trying that for the last 4/5 years and they get worse and worse. If players like Pique and Busi has any respect for the club they won’t play past this season.

It really shows how important a consistent back line is. And when I say consistent, I don't mean consistent at fuck ups, like lenglet.

Looking at the schedule.
Atleti have to play 7 difficult games until the end (against top-6 plus Bilbao, who will be in the top6-7 by the end)
RM and Sevilla have 6 difficult games.
Barca only 5.

So much for only 5 difficult games....

Why would Sociedad be hard game for Madrid, and Barca but not for Atletico?

Also, Celta away is pretty easy for Madrid. Madrid seem to have the easiest schedule imo.

Yeah missed the Sociedad one for ATM, good catch. Just edited.

Celta does seem to lose to RM at home, but you never know in Balaidos.

Celta was relatively ok recent years AFAIR

It’s the Cadiz, Elche, Getafe of this world that will be difficult. More so if injuries don’t stop.

Fede and Rodrygo back soon, so at least a smidge of depth could return. Gotta clock Atleti before that happens...
