Another case where you see why reading xG scorelines is useless without the xG shot map alongside:

xG sum suggests this was somewhat close with Wolves only marginally better, but a closer look at the map shows the truth: Arsenal created 1 big chance, Wolves created 5 big chances. Utterly dominated Arsenal on their own turf.

Good that the operation was successful and Jimenez is feeling better according to the reports, but it was a serious blow, who knows if we will see him playing football again.
Well, the most important thing is his health, everything else can wait.

So simply put they can, within EU. Besides they can even from outside the EU depending on the regulations i.e. Odegaard to Castilla.
