Says we been tracking him for a while with a fee mooted in the 35-40m region.

35-40 M is unrealistic.

If you take Maguire valuation, you could say that the expected fee would be twice what is reported here.

Lol. So it is a BS source then. Leicester sources are suggesting the option could of come up over Leicester's interest in Trincao. Apparantly Leicester have met with Barcelona 3 times regarding that interest.
