Imo, he is he best striker of the next and present generation.

The guy can score any and every type of goals in any position.

Lucky will the team buying him in the next years.

IF he is bought the team will have to be built around him and Messi will have to go.
We will have to play a style that suits him and not the purists.

I mean, Messi can play throughballs to Haaland all day, would suit both just fine, Messi would rack up 30+ assists while Haaland goes on to score 60 goals a season.

Not likely to happen though, City needs a replacement for Aguero, they will get him.
