Not sure how I feel about sending him out on loan again tbh.
If we are to treat him as a player who can eventually take on a critical role in the team then we need to heavily account for that as we rebuild the roster. And if he's banished out on loan for a while then there's basically nothing that compels the board to keep him in mind as they instead waste money on other random transfers that will end up being a roadblock for him.
Our squad planning is as bad as it gets and we've seen several times already how that hurts the players that we're meant to get the most out of but completely overlook or misuse.
