I dont know if i really understood one MD article, cause im not that good in catalan/spanish, but it was something like Barca is preparing another signing to replace Mascherano (despite Mina) if they succed in selling all out of favor players (Deulofeu, Rafinha, Vidal...). It is a proven player that stuff knows very good and could play in CL too. Could it be Bonucci?

Doesn't make sense signing another defender, especially CB. Matter of fact Valverde made it clear that he has too many players in the squad after Coutinho and Mina were signed.

Exactly. We would have 4 CBs and a make-shift CB, in Digne, in the first team! Why the hell would we want another CB unless of course, Verma returns to his favorite position, the injury list!? I'd say, we should rather promote a B team player!

If he is fit to play than he should play at least one of the next two fixtures (Espanyol and Alaves) in order to rest Pique and to spare Umtiti after the injury. If he won't be fit for at least one of those two games than I see no point in holding him here any more. What's the point in having him here until 31st of January when he can't play?
