A funeral home worker who was in charge of preparing the body took and shared a photo of himself and his colleagues posing with Maradona?s cadaver as reported by Diario AS.

The dissemination of the photograph has produced uproar in Argentina, with Matias Morla, Maradona?s lawyer and close friend, denouncing the act and promising it won?t go unpunished.

?I?m going to personally take care of finding the scoundrel who took that photography,? Morla wrote. ?All those responsible for such an act of cowardice will pay.?

The funeral home worker was fired immediately as the news surfaced, but that hasn?t quelled the outrage.

Argentines are raging on social media at his despicable act.

Ayrton Senna had the most beautiful funerals and the upmost respect by everyone around his death.
Very sad to see this for Diego.

Disturbing pics but I can see where they coming from. You have to understand that Diego is hailed as a God by many in Argentina. And South America in general is a tad more dramatic compared to Europe.
These pictures were inevitable.

With the police investigating his death on allegations of medical malpractice, the nurse's lawyer is now criticizing the fact that he was not immediately taken to the hospital for an MRI or scan, as he was recovering from brain surgery and was receiving attention 24 hours.

Thus, Gisela Madrid's lawyer, Rodolfo Baqu?, said: ?Maradona fell on the Wednesday of the week before his death. He fell and hit his head, but they didn't take him to the hospital for an MRI or CT scan. " He also claimed that the former FC Barcelona and Napoli player was left alone for three days after the crash. "Maradona could not decide anything, after the fall he stayed alone for three days in his room, without being seen by anyone and without help."

He returned with two different blue shirts, which they subsequently weighed but were unable to choose between. It was then that Diego Maradona appeared. Moschella returned to the shop and bought 38 of the shirts chosen by the Albiceleste skipper. Yeah tribute to a dead player should never been fined. I hate this rule.

Along with his countryman, the greatest player of all time.

Got a chance to watch the documentary about him. Really interesting.
