He is known for his prolific left foot shot which was one of the best in the history. Some of his goals were amazing especially the bicycle kick against Valencia; then his incredible goal against Man United... there are so many nice things to say about this legend. Unfortunately his time at Barca came to an end due to the disharmony between him and the manager. However, he will be forever remembered as one of the best and talked about in the years to come.

    Some of his most memorable goals:

    Still i love so much him.He is one of my favourite legend players.? will never forget his goal of against Valencia.
    While he is playing we dont have enough good players.Rivaldo was scoring a goal our defence and our keepers were giving away a goal.

    I watched that decisive game vs. Valencia and we weren`t playing good. Somewhere after HT I was off to the city to grab a pizza and there I was, coming in a restaurant when I saw him scoring the overhead kick on the screen they had there. Magic. Will never forget it..

    This was one of the few games that actually made me cry. It was incredible... I watched that goal a dozen times. Superb strike. It was the climax of his fruitful career.

    Rivaldo and Messi POSSIBLY the two best South Americans to have played for the club.

    Rivaldo was an amazing footballing machine. His physique, power, and speed made him virtually unstoppable. For a very short while it looked like Adriano had these qualities but he quickly went downhill.

    Yep.. Well youd think it would be about time Rivaldo was "regenerated" as a young player again.. Problem is finding him, they always change their names to make it tricky...

    Clarinet = Xavi
    Inie* = Iniesta
