You're seriously comparing the impact of Ernesto freakin Valverde to the impact of one of the greatest managers in football history!?!?

I'm fine with people being a Valverde fan, but that is a huge disrespect to SAF.

Funny that the loss vs Atletico last year is the best game under Valverde last season. We dominated from beginning till the end.

lol at the EV fanboys. so deluded. he was as shitty a coach as they come. had to go asap. the way the season ended was all his doing, including the 8-2. that was his squad with his loser CL mentality

Give Koeman prime Messi, decent Suarez, decent Busi, and who knows where we would be. I would think a CL+Liga in 2019 and we make it to finals in 2018 CL losing or barely beating RM.

If we had won the CL last year, you would have used that to hate on EV. Instead we suffered a historic humiliation and you've now spun that against EV as well.

yeah, because it was HIS squad that he built over his tenure and on which he instilled a LOSING CL mentality that suffered that defeat. setien got what, 3 maybe 4 months with the squad, with the COVID break in between? that defeat was ultimately EV's.

also, historic CL humiliations are EV's specialty. dont ever forget that

And he failed at everything Valverde did, only to an even worse extent.
First attempt, and he failed at everything, even on things that Valverde never failed at.

Imagine actually comparing the Betis-reject to Valverde, who`s at least a competent manager.
