I thought Qatar Airways was going to replace Emirates Airlines as the main sponsor for you guys? Only 15m per year? That can't be true.
At this time I am just hoping you guys would manage to renew Mbappe. If you lose him and Neymar, it might take a loooooong time to recover, not too different from how we will be coping after Messi is gone.
Qatar Airways isn't our main sponsor contrary to Emirates Airlines previously. Our main sponsor is Accor Hotels with their new Accor Live Limitless (ALL) lifestyle program. They signed for 3 years (+3 years on option) on a 65/75 M basis. It is said they are quite happy with the collaboration since PSG gets a lot of airtime and views between Neymar and Mbappé media power, PSG media power. They were happy to be associated with the NBA stars when the NBA game happened in France and they launched the new PSG kit in presence of PSG players and NBA stars.

Btw, Nike/Jordan marketing must be great because this kit is not really great and it is said that it is the best selling kit for Nike after the unveiling.
Qatar Airways is just our regular "airways partner" and pay 7/15 M for that. Bit like the airport of Qatar is the partner of Bayern for a similar figure. Or Bayern getting 50 M by Audi (one of their stakeholders) for being their "automobile partner".
You are right. If we lose Neymar and Mbappé, it will be very hard. This team has only a few true world class players : Neymar, Mbappé, Navas and Thiago Silva. The last one is on his last days, Navas isn't that young either. Verratti could/should be up there but he has been "just good" this season. Not world class level.

It was claimed as a "nation branding" contract which has no equivalent in the world : due to the direct link people are making between PSG and Qatar, having a strong and omnipresent in the media PSG = publicity for Qatar. This is why they thought they could put an exceptional value to this extraordinary contract. UEFA refuted this claim and the value was cut in half from the get-go (from 200 M to 100 M). Then it was further cut down after Tebas lobbying to a value around 50 M.
Now, it has ceased to exist altogether. PSG still has the Qatar Tourism Authority or whatever is the new name (Qatar National Tourism Council) as a premium partner and is still advertising on the ground during games with "Visit Qatar" "Qurated for you". It is said that a premium partner is around Qatar Airways sponsorship :5/15 M€ max.

You guys are getting A LOT OF money in the commercial sector for sure, already the 2nd place last season with 363.4m from that stream of the revenue and you guys will get a lot more this season with those additions you mentioned, probably will top everyone this season.
We've got to be more creative and think of other ways to grow our revenue. Our new digital strategy was a good start.
Last year report still takes into account QTA which was 145 M for the account (363,4 M) but aknowledged as around 50 M for FFP accounting. So, we could say that the new contracts will cover the loss of QTA (+55 for Nike, +40/50 for main sponsor shirt, + 10 for Rwanda thingy +7/15 for Qatar Airways) and will fully be taken into account by FFP. That will give us more financial margin to invest in the market but our overall revenue stream won't be much larger.
Barça is getting almost the double of PSG from Nike alone. You are good.
Both Barça and PSG have room to grow even further with naming rights. Our european rivals like Juventus, Bayern Munich, Manchester City, Arsenal and co. have sold the naming rights. It is easily a 15/20 M increase.

That Nike deal is only part of the story though. Last season we made a very strong push in the commercial sector (with the new Nike deal kicking in and taking in the merchandising rights in house), we only managed to make 20m more than you guys in the commercial revenue sector. This year we supposedly will grow by 30m. So yeah, it is likely you guys will come on top. Of course the two commercial powerhouses Real Madrid and Bayern will make a lot more too.

What a waste of money and time this guy has been. His transfer price along with his wages for a guy that just can score a couple of goals outside of the box and that's pretty much it ... He falls over on a simple tackles. He's confirmed flop, probably the biggest flop in Barca's history considering his astronomical wages and transfer fee. We won't be able to sell this guy to anyone this summer ...
