We needed a number 9 no doubt.

So what was the point of buying Griezmann in the summer then? So we are going to possibly spend a decent amount on a guy who isn't exactly a pure number 9 either. It makes you wonder if these guys are smoking some good shit up there to keep doing this shit.

Come this summer Rodrigo ends up being a big failure we will yet again possibly spend big money on another striker again. But knowing our luck they will again sign some guy who is a square peg in a round hole.

Strikers like Suarez? At january?
Who? Lewa, Aguero, Benzema, Kane, Icardi, maybe Lautaro, Higuain.
All strikers who play in top teams, Barca's opponents in UCL.
Auba great player, but Arsenal doesn't need to sell, maybe in June.

Not sure Rodrigo will be in the starting eleven.

Doesn't have to be a top top class striker....after all when Suarez returns he'd just be a back up for Suarez.
I think Raul Jimenez, Willian José or Victor Osimhen would be a great buy

Rodrigo isnt even a number 9. Will probably score a couple of goals anyway but yeah, another square peg in a round hole

Rodrigo is like Lautaro. Works best as a secondary striker with a real CF like Lukaku. No point in signing someone like Rodrigo when you have Messi and Griezmann.

Summer is far, waiting for Rodrigo, hoping he will give an important contribute.

The posters on this forum could run the club better then the clowns like Barto and Abidal. I never thought Abidal would fuck up like this.
I would rather have Dembele as striker then fucking Rodrigo. There is nothing Rodrigo brings to the table. Valencia must be laughing at the thought of selling this crap to us. This guy will probably not even score five goals for us.

He has the pace and is a good finisher. He could complement Messi well so I'm looking forward how he'll do with us. Maybe Setien will play more on the counter attack where Rodrigo and Dembele can both do great.

If we spend €60 million on Rodrigo, UEFA FFP should consider taking a close look at us. Something fishy is going on here between us and Valencia.
