Anyone here watch much of the bundesliga? Suat Serdar looks an interesting player, plays in a 2 man pivot as a cdm but has 7 goals this year. Potential partner for Frenkie there?

Same here. No need really to sign a new striker, Barca signed Griezmann like 6 months ago. He isn't not classic 9 but can play one. On the right Messi, left Dembele/Fati. Barca has a lot of options up front.

I'm stunned at the lack of number nines. At one time you had Forlan, Drogba, Falcao, Cavani, Suarez, Lewandowski, Aguero etc etc.

This guy is actually pretty good. Don't know if he'll ever be good enough for a top team but he should play in La Liga or another top 5 league next year. He's owned by Watford so they might call him back though. Let's hope [MENTION=21723]Pedro[/MENTION] he'll score against RM tonight.


BTW, another very interesting young striker in Segunda is Darwin Nunez from Almeria.

He's not overrated by anyone, everybody knows his limits. Age doesn't matter for 4 months.
His job is to add something we don't have: a player to occupy the defenders and tap in a goal or two. He wouldn't play every game, but he's better than nothing.
This is what you get when you don't plan properly at the start of the season and now with little time left in the transfer window.

I'd rather have Giroud short term than panic buy Auba or Rodrigo for 60M.
