400m spent on replacing neymar while it should be spent on replacing xavi and iniesta. Terrible buisness offloading thiago to bayern, coutinho could be useful but with another set of players. We spent 400m and still only messi and suarez are our only game changers, we could easily have the same amount of success or fail without any of those purchases.
