Erik ten Hag

Improvin' Perfection!!
Erik ten Hag (born 2 February 1970) is a Dutch professional football coach and former player who is the current manager of Eredivisie side Ajax

Impressed with the way he has dealt with against Madrid and The Old Lady. No matter what from here (Ajax's CL this season), it has been nothing short of a phenomenon. More than the wins per se, the way he gets his team to play is pretty good. Think he will have a bright managerial career.

Very interesting indeed. Can't think of a big club who'd snatch him up this summer, Bayern maybe considering his past.

Both his and Valverde's contracts are until 2020, would be a natural change there.

I think that we have had him on our radar for quite some time. His results this season, in particular in the CL, must have only reinforced our interest in him. Hard to think of a more suited substitute for Valverde here and now.

The coach of the season without a doubt so far. It will be very interesting to see how he will cope next season when the likes of De Jong, de Ligt and probably one of either Ziyech, Tadic or Neres will leave. Bound for a setback but it will be extremely difficult to top this season regardless.

How can so little forumers hype this guy? For me it’s one and only name to put on the table to replace Valverde. Asap

THE perfect manager to lead us until Xavi is ready...hell even after that, Xavi could become his assistant for a few years first, a Tito to our new Pep if you will. Considering Ten Hag actually worked with Pep throughout his Bayern tenure just makes him that much more desirable.
