I fully expect KPB to start.

Cilessen - Semedo, Murillo, Lenglet, Alba - Vidal, Raki, Arthur, Coutinho - Boateng, Suarez. Malcom and Alena off the bench.

Without Messi and Dembele I reckon Barca will lose this match, maybe by a good margin if Sevilla play their best football. Maybe EV is terribly stupid or just focuses on La Liga and CL only.

I thnik Sevilla has now the better chances of going through and I'm sad Barca may not have the chance to beat rm in CdR.

Madrid spanked these fools a few days ago.

Even without Messi we should destroy them ffs.

On home ground Sevilla is a different beast, much tougher.

upcoming schedule i very busy so Valverde has to continue rotating:

23/1 Sevilla away
27/1 Girona away
30/1 Sevilla Home
2/2 Valencia Home

5 games in 14 days

With 4 games in 11 days, resting Messi and Busquets tomorrow won't be the last resting of the most-used players. Alba and Arthur are both due for games off, but it's hard to see them being left out tomorrow.

Cillessen
S. Roberto Pique Lenglet Alba
Rakitic Vidal
Athur Coutinho
Boatang Suarez

if we go to the Copa Semi, we'll have a schedule like this

2/2 Valencia Home
2/(6?) Copa Away/Home
2/10 Athletic Bilbao Away
Then a 1 week rest.

Even without Messi, I'm confident we can get a good away result tmmr (Now that the Prince is here ). Sevilla lost their last 3 games in all competitions. Let's keep that run going.

Boateng said he'll go for a starting place. Signed yesterday and tomorrow he already replaces Messi.

I’m happy Messi isn’t playing. Rather him give it all in the champions league this year. I’m excited to see how well play without him.

Boateng has trained once with the team. It would be very unlike Valverde to see him as a sub, let alone as a starter.

I'm surprised Busquets is getting another rest since he sat out last week as well.
