The 18-year old is highly rated in Turkey. Played 13 games in the league and 4 in the CL for Galatasaray.
He just signed a 5 year contract with Stuttgart. Man Utd were among the clubs interested in him.

The club has incredibly bad experience with Turkish players. Recber and Arda were some of the biggest flops in recent history. I doubt that our scouts have any clue about this player's existence or even a clue about the Bundesliga existing in the first place.
