Leandro Paredes

Is he even that good? He's long been one of the fringe names mentioned as part of Argentina's "next generation" yet never gets playing time with the NT.

If he is good, then Messi sure could use a well rounded CDM type in midfield. Lo Celso should probably be starting too. These guys might not be world beaters but they're still likely to be way better than any other trash players that they could call up.

Looks like Frenkie's transfer hit them hard?

He looks good. A fine squad option. I do not think he is PSG backup plan for de Jong.

de Jong was a summer signing. We were in for Paredes before de Jong turn around.
It is like you getting Murillo this winter and Todibo in the summer with talks about de Ligt.

Thinks that signing is too late. He is in preparation with his Zenith team, so physically maybe not fully ready. He will need time to adjust to teammates and CL is in 3 weeks.
Should have signed a guy in the early days of this winter market to be fully ready.

- PSG has been after Paredes for as long as they were after FDJ

- I'll be saving this for the future. For your sake lets hope FDJ doesn't turn out to be the next Malcom or Coutinho.

You better hope that Paredes is not another Pastore. Don't worry about Frenkie.

Geegorrin 10. I refer to that earlier post i made.

Paredes has nothing to do with de Jong. We would have signed both if the dutch didn't turn around.
We will prolly go for Ndombele or Allan this summer instead of the Ajax guy.

We were never in for Paredes and PSG wanted to sign him since summer.
