Al-Khelaifi better not surrender to such a laughable offer. Just because our cancerous board is chronically braindead (case in point out of 100's examples - the recent Coutinho "deal"), it does not mean that other boards are equally as braindead.
Our only hope alongside Floren coming to the rescue.
EDIT: The rat should speak up rather than doing what he did to us 2 years ago to another club. I have no love lost for clubs like PSG but likewise players like Neymar. Pure cancer. We don't need this overrated, chronically-injured soon to be 28 years old Neymar on huge wages, huge transfer fee and at most a few (2-3) years left at the highest level and I am not even sure about that. Pathetic that we are even chasing him. Sums this useless board up and the state of our club and fanbase by large. Utter chaos, desperation, no sporting project in sight, short-term "fixes", club de amigos growing further in influence etc.

Exactly, Rabiot was different, coming to the end of his contract.. nowhere near as big a player as Neymar, so they weren’t too fussed about making money from him. Neymar is different, if he’s outright said he wants to leave PSG as stubborn as they are wouldn’t miss the chance to make 200m somehow on him.. they’ll need it to buy other players in the end. It’s not like they can just use Qatar funding with FFP rules.

Even if that is possible just from a employee-company pov there are other rules as well. Suing/forcing yourself out of a work contract is one thing but then he would also have to deal with FIFA rules.

Maybe Neymar can go to a bank, raise a loan for 200m. Pay the PSG and go to Barca. Barca can make a contract with him to return the loan...

Why make an offer they will never accept? They should know the price at this point.

If they don't accept that offer we should not improve it. No club will offer them anything better. Let him stay and cream 40m a year from them for nothing.

Sure he does (apparently). The same Leo Messi that likewise (apparently) wanted and wants the continuation of Malmierda. The same Leo Messi that would probably want to play with an over the hill Suárez for a few more seasons as well if possible.
