How can a player of his class play in a clown ligue like Ligue1 ?! Imo he is the last generation-talent player. Neymar, Xavi, Iniesta, CR7, Messi and Modric are the top players of the last 12 years. No one come close to them.

peak Suarez and Alves yes. Ramos has made a lot of mistakes, he is more a leader than an elite defender imo. Kdb was never Modric level in the knockout matches of CL. Modric was a master of playing on elite level at the biggest matches. Look for example 2017 CL final, he has destroyed Juve's midfield on his own.

Neymar's peak is over since 2018. Neymar from 2015-2018 would have destroyed Bayern in UCL final.

He was on another level during this time. Not even Messi could have a chance against the genius brazilian player. Give PSG + Neymar from 15-16 and the winner of UCL 2020 would have been PSG. Congratulations!
