neymar seems egotistic so joining his former rivals and competing/scoring against barca seems like something he'd love to do.

Tanzi and Bouhafsi are very reliable on PSG. They have direct contact with PSG and their information comes directly from the club. RMC is limiting the PSG spokesperson in the media through Tanzi and Bouhafsi. They are very close to the club. In France, there is no more reliable than them about PSG. They dropped intrest because De Ligt wanted higher wages then they wore ready to offer.
And the they bough Griezmann for which Barto himself has said they had to borrow 35 million, so there's the De Ligt money.
Getting this diva could bankrupt the club, just not worth it, besides he's not needed, barça already has Messi, Griezmann, Suarez and Dembele.

I will be happy about the transfer as long as dembele will be used in the deal

At this point, PSG doesn't give a shit, they will kill two stones with one bird. Prevent Neymar from reuniting with his buddies, and say fuck you to Barca. They will sell him to Real for sure.

Speaks volumes to how low of a person Neymar is that he knew the bigger the tantrum/bitchfit he'd throw, the more likely he'd be to get what he wanted. He has acted on a level of unprofessionalism these past 2 years I haven't seen since the likes of Balotelli.

We better not offer much. And even so, the problem with buying Neymar is that in the long term you are essentially selling the club to him. When Messi retires and Neymar is demanding money and power, we will feel the weight of it. The Neymars will have Barca buy 4-5 new Brazilian buddies for Neymar, make him captain even and give him the #10. And when he declines it will be ugly, because he is tactically uncontrollable on the pitch and one of the most ball dominant players ever. Neymar also will demand his Balon D'or, and just like Messi said in 2018 he was willing to take a step back and let Neymar run the show to win it.

We'll probably win a few CL's in Messi's last years because of this, at a cost down the road. If we manage to lose somehow with Messi/Griezmann/Neymar/FDJ/Dembele/Arthur and everyone else.... Would be the most hilarious 3 year streak of failure in history. We'd make PSG and Arsenal look respectable.

I would give Raki, Coutinho, Umtiti to PSG to sign Neymar and sell him right away to RM.
