Abuse from throwing chemicals in his hair for the past eight years. Notice he's starting to have his hair in his natural state more. His hair is very damaged and it falls out because of abuse. Too much escova progressiva.

I still don't get the hairline talk though. He always had a wide forehead and irregular hairline.
It's not a good hairline brother. Even his personal barber said Neymar is going permanent damage with all the dye and bleach.
