Why not? He's leagues above any other player in the side (bar Messi) and as Messi gets older someone needs to do the legwork for him.

Neymar on the left, Messi down the middle, Dembele or Malcolm on the right, that's a tasty front line.

did you not all see the video. go on youtube and slow it down. look how his lower arm bends between the wrist and the elbow.

unless messi got bendy bones now then he got a snapped arm.
