Sarri can get you to play good football if he has the players that fit his system.
But he's also very rigid when it comes to squad management though. its evident at Napoli and Chelsea this season that he likes to play his Main XI most of the time with little to no changes and only decides to field the reserves in your standard cup games.
Considering how demanding his football is and how rigid his squad management is here, our players would be dead by January.

it's not like EV plays good football and rotates. If we're not gonna rotate at all, at least play good football.

I mean how many backups does he have that could go straight into the lineup without having to change the tactics?

Could be. We don't know really how he'd be with a large quality squad like ours. Napoli and Chelsea don't have much to offer besides the first 11.
