Bayern would probably tell Leipzig that they wont poach too many of their players if they win.

Not surprising. Atletico can beat anyone on their night in the CL, but they can also lose to anyone.

Costa is just useless, he is slow as fuck, cant dribble anymore and cant create chances.

Even game in almost all aspects. Leipzig win with a late deflected goal, at a period that it looked like Atletico were closing stronger.

Thats the great thing with this new format, makes the games way less predictable.

Yes, Atletico is very well conditioned and they could play easily 120min. Leipzig was starting to fade. They got very lucky.

Yeah, they both run 115km in the match. By comparison PSG ran 104km (less than us against Napoli) and Atalanta 108km.

They are way more conditioned than PSG and should outwork then on the pitch. PSG are basically going to rely on the individual brilliance of Neymar and Mbappe. It is entirely possible but Neymar was visibly tired around the 75 mark versus Atalanta. Mbappe came on and played great, but visually looked like it was troublesome to be playing.

If only RB had Werner, then there odds would be even greater.

Yes Werner would be massive help. Same problem with Barca. This team would be way more lethal with young good striker than past it Suarez.

I think we will concede a minimum of 2 goals. I see it as a big shock if we win. I dont think its possible for us to keep them out. We will need to score 3 goals to win this match which is possible but highly unlikely.

We will be over run in the second half, 3-1 Bayern.

Simeone should be fired, spent hundreds of millions and trophyless yet again. Only finished third thanks to head to head record vs Sevilla who are a selling club

Joao Felix looks an incredible player but is always benched it seems. Very strange considering how much they paid for him.

He is also the highest paid manager in the World so i'd imagine his pay off would be enormous, Too much for Atletico

Yeah, they should absolutely sack him, go back to midtable obscurity and drown in their debts.

First thing Pep haters would say, and really moot point to answer all the time.
What has Man UTD achieved with the same spending the last 5 years?
Do the comparison and come back again.
Understanding a little bit about football means understanding that breaking all those records is not an accident.

After so many bottlings against RM (even when they had a better team), and after depriving Pep a CL with Bayern, I am happy to see how much they have regressed the last 5 years.
Simeone does not really get it, does he? The football he wants to play is dead. The era has surpassed him.

This can very well apply to Barca as well, it's just a differente style but the same issue.
