Alena seems to be fitting in like a glove. His touch is still a bit poor for my liking, but otherwise, he is doing great.

Meaning he's doing quite well for himself. Fitting in well and knows his role as a distributor and is helpful in our buildup play. Isn't getting heavily overshadowed by the rest of the team.
