Both Cesc & Alexis (which we bought after our epic 10/11 season) were relative disappointments but we cannot say that they were bad, they had several good moments throughout their stay at Barcelona.

The one player that was hyped to the high heavens, cost lots of money plus Eto'o was Ibra and he did not suit us one little bit.

    Ibra takes this easily.

Dembele can possibly rival him if he does not show the goods next season.
This, few years from now Arda will be just another name in the list just like Song and Chygriskiy
But Ibra will be always the benchmark of horrible deal. We sign him after treble, his former club wins the treble with our through in "Eto", we get rid of him and boom, we win double and reach CDR final
Arda is just the flavor of the day, Ibra deal will continue to be the example of stupid deal and how even a great coach can do such horrible mistake

    NO DOUBT: ibra
“I would love to have played at this club. I am envious of how well Guardiola's men can play. They are like a group of kids who play football in the street without rules. That is the best football, the most authentic, unfettered by tactics or schemes. Guardiola’s philosophy is helping to change the mindset of many tacticians and that is priceless.” Marco Van Basten
