Can Messi have a super game today with lots of goals? The last spectacular game he had was Juventus.

Can the real messi please stand up.

 No way. He just ruined Madrid in the last game on their stadium.

Some people don't watch football. They just count goals. That's why CR7 has so many fans.
Messi hasn't scored insanely as he has done previous seasons, but he is still as important and magical as ever. Has been many times since the Juventus game.

Don't think Arnaiz will play at all today. We will play 4-4-2 and only forward to come on is Dembele. Other first players need minutes too after not featuring in Copa.

Dembele will get some minutes today but I doubt he'll start. Finally La Liga is back after 2 weeks. Lets start 2018 with 3 points. :barcaflag:

I'm unreasonably nervous about this game - mostly because anything but a win would be such a buzzkill on top of the whole Coutinho euphoria. We're going to face the mother of all busses, so we'd damn well better take our chances and give the woodwork a break for a change.

Potential banana peel if ever there was one...

Nah the banana peels are in the away games. These type of matches we break them early end cruise to 5-0 or we open them up later and at worst win a 2-0 type victory.
Not that the players need to complacent of course but after a nice rest for them to play levante at home is one of the most comfortable features of the season to head into imo.

Loving how now we have 2 genuine attacking options on the bench in Arnaiz and Dembele.
Even Paco looked like he is improving in last months.

Any information when will Paco comeback from injury? He was really doing a good job on his recent games.

Anything but a win would of course be a resounding shock, but we've had trouble at home before against Celta for example. The 2-0 win over bottom dwellers Malaga wasn't impressive either. Vastly different teams obviously, but Levante on the road this season have been extremely solid.

Initial prognosis was 3 weeks and that's tomorrow but I reckon we will have to wait at least a week more.

We're starting to have a great depth and a great overall squad in comparison to the likes of Madrid, PSG and City.

Really hope that Dembele will actually start today ; he can probably play 60/70min then get off.

Excited to see Dembouz in this one. I’d give him 30 or so minutes. Hopefully the game is dusted by the time he comes on so he’s got no pressure. Visca!!
