This game should be eye opener for Valverde. Roberto is not good enough defensively vs better teams and we need someone better than Rakitic in midfield. Messi was again the only one creating something.

Madrid had few lucky runs in the last two seasons ... its only fair to celebrate it when luck is on your side, though dont get fooled

Only good thing is Paulinho fighter style and MAtS saving our asses. That's what he needs to do.
But so many strange players decisions and misspassing. Can't understand it. Like they don't train and play at all.

Valverde with a terrible line-up and then waiting with subs until the 83rd minute...wow. Rakitic needs to get away from this club, and same can be said for a handful of more players in this squad. Terrible terrible. No words.

Regardless of some players who are not Barca level, we have a lot more talent and certified quality players than this Bilbao side. This is down to the manager mostly. Having a better team and adopting a defensive strategy is not Barca's style at all, certainly not when up against a team that had 1 win in the last 10 games.
It's almost like we're managed by a 2nd rate Mourinho wannabe.

For sure man. Valverde had it all wrong. He was worse than our worst player.
Another good result with poor performance. This can't be a coincidence anymore.
Messi carried us again with his goal, assist and setting up others. Ter Stegen and Umtiti had great games too and I would also like to praise Paulinho.
Pique and Rakitic poor form never seems to end.
