Expected more of him today, with opponents actually pressing him and more space in general. His performances lately has been hyped through the roof; most midfielders can pass sideways when the opponents are content sitting back. Doesn’t seem to take any chances in his passes and yet to create a goalscoring opportunity this season? Literally just a player who takes the easy option 99 out of a hundred times.

Should have been the one to stay on the field and Rakitic beeing subbed instead.
But Valverde doesnt have the balls to do it.

He wasn't good today but this Midfield of ours, it's one of those that if even one of the players has an off day things don't look good in the middle.
Busi and Rakitic were way off on where they should be today which in turn also effects Arthur because you have to remember he's 22 years old and if the two other vets aren't doing well he's not going to do as well either.
Rakitic was clearly gassed and Busi has had his struggles in the past couple of games. Rotation is key to keep Busi and Rakitic fresh more often, but sadly Valverde doesn't seem to get that. We got a nice Fresh and Hungry Vidal to use and heck Alena needs a look in as well.

Was Mia against Betis. He still very raw. He still needs to work on many aspects of his game.

Great analysis of Arthur of this season so far.
i can think of a few. he set suarez up for a goal against inter but suarez missed

He was all right, all though at times he held onto the ball too long. But to be fair in some cases he didn't really have many passing options.
Also had a good long ball attempt.
