Dude, Milan spent 180m on players thanks to their new sugardaddy.
Bayern's warchest is around 70m and they can spent it every 3 years.
All the clubs I mentioned spent more on transfers in the past 3 years than Bayern. Ever seen the TV money distribution in the top 5 leagues? Hell Sunderland earned more than Bayern and they were relegated. Gylfi-fuck-me-Sigurdsson would be Bayern's record transfer.

To be fair Bayern are the only big club that doesn't go out and spend big money. They recruit the best local talent and try and spend smart on other signings. Will be interesting to see how they go in the future. Football is becoming more of a business and money talks.

Bayern is indeed very rich, they just seem to value being financially healthy more than anything else. In other words, they are stingy and conservative.

I am unsure as to what these numbers mean. Anyway City, United and PSG are all apparently listed below Bayern there while MIlan is not even on it despite being ManCity type of rich, so I don't think that list - whatever it says - gives a great indicative on who is richer than whom.

But that ignores costs and especially loans from third parties. It's not that easy. Bayern can't just pay 220m on a player like PSG does. Arguably not even half that.

they can. but they are stingy. it's said that they have spent 150-200 m euros around on buildings. like their youth center. it's alone 100 m euros cost. A player like Neymar with a 3-4 year payment is nothing for them.
Regarding the list, don't forget that Real and Barca has other branch's revenues as well as membership revenues.
