Spanish sides have been complacent. Whether it's RM, Atleti or Barca. All sides have not renewed their teams with new blood. Zidane didn't replace Morata and James. Ronaldo is on the wane. AM Simeone needs to go. His time is over. They also have too many jaded veterans.

Also teams like Utd and City have spent BIG. It's a classic case of Liga sides declining and EPL clubs on the rise.

If our board and manager were half decent we'd have a chance.

We've spent big. It's just that we've spent it on quantity rather than quality.

Atletico got really affected by the transfer ban. They're currently 4th in La Liga, 3rd in Champions League. Even if they beat Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, they will still be eliminated. Their season is done for both La Liga and UCL. Only thing they can fight for is Copa ad Europa League. Maybe we should inquire about Grizemann now before United gets a verbal agreement with him.

True. It's a pity how Atletico and Barcelona both get affected by the stupid ban but not Spain's darling!

Barca need to win the group. Most of the group winners would knock us out. It's heartbreaking how far behind we've fallen from shocking decisions and recruitment.

At least Real can bounce back and challenge again for the CL when the knockouts come.

Paco, Arda, Douglas, Paulinho, Gomes, Vidal, Verm, Deu, Digne, Cillessen.

With that money we could have bought two world class players and some cheap depth to fill out the squad, but no, look at what Barto has done, then he has the audacity to haggle over 10m for Seri,

Digne, Deu and Cillessen were cheap depth options.

Paulinho, Digne, Deu, Cillessen are the deapth option. Without spending we will get shitty player anyways. As for Seri I recall he's been quite off since the season has started, would have been with the likes of Paco and Gomes if he would have been brought, so thats one cheap option been not worth it for you.

IF we don't win the CL I have no problem with EPL teams (except Chelsea perhaps) winning it, better than Madrid and Bayern and PSG winning it. It is about time.

I'm fine with Man City and Spurs only.

Or even Juventus if they for once can stop choking.
