If you play for Chelsea and Barca obviously you're gonna accumulate titles. And he has never been particularly essential to spain

OK. But he was also always on the team. In 11 or max 13. Not like Dario Šimić with 2 UCL titles an newer played in final IIRC.

I think you mean the most entertaining league in the world. Stunts like the one Arsenal pulled off tonight won't work against elite opposition and are why they got pasted 10-2 on aggregate last year vs Bayern.

For every match like this, There is a corresponding 0-0, Or 1-1 bore-fest.
In terms of the number of "entertaining" "close" "goal feasted" matches, There is no statistical evidence that i know of that says EPL has more of it than say la liga for example.
But EPL is certainty the most "competitive" out of all the top 5 leagues.
The intellectual is willing to admit that what he does not know is far greater than what he knows; the pseudo claims to know as much as can be known about the subject under consideration.

They sat back virtually the whole game and tried to hit Arsenal on the break. Nothing much really changed other than Arsenal started to go longer quicker to Giroud and sitting deep wasnt as effective.
