You mean Alena?
That kid is already several times the player Paulinho is. We're just not rushing him into the team because he's supposed to develop into a class player and needs to play more often.

I think a lot of Barca fans in general are obsessed with La Masia. Yes we have a great youth academy but that doesn't mean every player will play at a skill level required for top European clubs. Pep played Bartra a lot but he just isn't that good.
A lot of our youth players go on and become great players for mid table/top table la liga sides. Look at Montoya, Bartra, sergi Gomez, fontas, etc. all of them are excellent players but to expect them to be Barca class is insane.
Not everyone from our academy can be a Xavi or Pique. Those generations come very few times a lifetime.
Paulinho is a better player than Denis Suarez, that's not even debatable.

Denis Suarez isn't even La Masia. He spent one season with Barca B before going into loan hell and finding his way to the first team.
