It's hard to criticize Valverde's subs against AM, since the subs he used played great. We've seen great play off this bench this season from multiple players, which I hope convinces Valverde to make at least 2 subs no later than the 60 minute mark every game.

The way Barca plays causes very serious endurance problems for the opponents. Bringing in fresh, speedy legs off the Barca bench is the way to maximize this advantage.

There was no reason to expect Paulinho to do any better. And he cost twice as much.

It's great that he's doing well, but completely unexpected. Again, it's on him to silence our doubts. Not on us to not doubt a player who hadn't played in Europe for years.

Paulinho really pulls off his current beard and hairstyle, he almost looks ugly without them.

Needs to be a starter over rakitic. He offers something different when possesion isn't working. Look at the impact this guy is making and compare him to someone like Gomes from last season.
