I would love to have him here but honestly there are other young, good cb's on the market like Upamecano. Losing on him won't be the worst thing ever.
Btw, has he ever expressed his desire to join Barca?

Completely different transfers, imo. While De Ligt would be supposed to become a starter sooner or later, in Lenglet I see a reliable third option off the bench.

Also, difference in prices is too big to ignore.

IIRC he once saidhis dream is to join EPL, but never addresssed his favorite club before. Don't remember he talked about us either

I remember an interview with both him and Frenkie de Jong, i belive he said that he wanted to play in both la liga and Premier league

I don't remember him saying anything about La Liga, only EPL. Could be wrong, though.

Very impressive showing so far against Bayern. Doesnt come as that big of surprise seeing how impressive he was against France aswell.

As much as I want it, I can't imagine us buying both FDJ and MDL.
