I could see this being fixed fee with probably around 10-15M more in relatively easy attainable bonuses. In total I don't think he will be more expensive than FDJ.

70M is a fair price. I don't think Ajax are being robbed, or that we are lucky.

He is still somewhat unproven, he do makes mistakes and he has got his fair share of flaws.

He is definitely capable of becoming one of the best,but he is not there yet.

70M is a fair price imo, considering the fact that defenders usually cost low and he is still just 5M shy of most expensive defender. And I'm sure there will be performance based bonuses as well.

I think we'll sign him for sure. The question is will he be an automatic starter in place of Pique next season? Can't really see both playing together.

I would rotate them while keeping Pique for the big games provided he keeps up his Piquenbauer form
