In a way I'm a bit worried about picking him up at the age of 18/19 too. He might stay here and develop until he's 24/25 when he reaches his best years and ditch us for a Premier League team or something if we have a couple of down years

Spend money and resources developing the guy until he reaches the age of his full potential and boom, he's gone. Kind of like Neycunt.

Might as well spend the money on this guy if Lenglet actually did sign an improved contract with Sevilla that upped his buyout to 70 mil

Linglet is good but De Light has huge potential to become best defender in the world

I am OK with loaning De Ligt back to Ajax for 1 year but I would definitely try to integrate De Jong immediately in our first team. He is 2,5 years older than De Ligt and he can be incorporated very fast to our first team considering the way he plays.

Seems like he is going to Juve after all.
