As everyone who can take a breath and think a little, I thought the decision would come after the cup final and not through the media-interviews after matches.

Let's hope the next manager can bring both more exciting football, a feeling of connection to our clubs roots and spirit, and results at the same time. Exciting to follow what's coming!

I'm not getting my hopes up since they will probably hire that clown Martinez.


Meanwhile, the board must go ahead and rid us of the arrogant Rakitic and his self-proclaimed 'occupied' starting spot, he's a bigger rotten apple here than even Valverde.

I feared we were gonna have to tolerate Valve for another season !

Catalan radio station RAC1 claim that Valverde’s sacking will be made official by the club on Tuesday, as quoted by Sport.

The only person in the world who thinks it’s a good idea to play Kante arguably the best holding midfielder in world football ..out of position ??
He’s also been criticised for sticking with the same players ( Valverde) even making the same substitutions at the same time in games !

Bielsa would kill half our squad in the pre season training sessions. He needs a young , super-fit squad to play his way .. his style burns players out over the season . I read somewhere that Bielsa’s successes came in a league where they just played 18 in a season

As if things can't change day to day.

Perez went on the radio last night and completely changed the public opinion on club wages and spending.

Martinez and Henry is an intriguing perspective at Barcelona. In many ways it sounds like a perfect choice.

The pressure to remove Valverde was immense. Even if he had won Copa fans would have been calling for his head. On Barca's social media all the fans are calling for him to be axed. It's happening and it can't happen too soon.

Entertaining football would suit me ...maybe Henry could coax MBappe here as well ..

Imagine FDJ , De Ligt AND MBappe plus no Valverde !
