    Best young midfielder

The official Barcaforum 2016/17 MotM thread

"At Barcelona, you’ll hear about this kid on the youth team. He wears number 10 like you. He’s small like you. He plays with the ball like you.[...]His name is Leo Messi.[...]I want you to give him one piece of advice.

Tell him, “Play with happiness. Play free. Just play with the ball.”

Even when you are gone, the free style will live on in Barcelona through Messi."

Rafinha. Denis and Gomes are equally bad to me, right now.

They're all the same. Rafinha just cost the least and has been with the team the longest.

Rafinha. That being said he is not great and class below what we need if we want our midfield dominance back.

They are all average players and nothing more at the moment.

3 average footballers. We need much more class to return to our dominant times.

Well, neither of them are the best young midfielder, so this poll is confusing.

No, first we need a coach that gives a sh** about midfield dominance then re-evaluate our midfielders. It's clear that Lucho doesn't care about midfield.

And what about Roberto ? Have you noticed how good can he be when he takes risks ? He rarely does it but sometimes he takes the ball and run through the middle to deliver a good pass.

I found a highlight showing those rare moments.
