Maybe this season will be like treble season when we did average first half of the year and had a lot of strange rotations but found the best 11 second half of the season and were for and went on a great run

Let's hope so. We still have to do well enough to be in the race until we find our best form. Which won't happen if we lose points at home to mid-table teams in La Liga. It depends a lot on how well our opponents play and how well they can keep their rythm. Right now Madrid look very well, coming after a 3-0 on Calderon, but a few weeks ago they drew 3 times in a row. They do that again at the wrong time and things could change to 180 degrees. But the problem is you should never give the control to the other team. There is always a possibility you end up playing catch up the whole season, like in 2012.

Knowing Lucho he will rotate half the team at Anoeta.

Then lose the game and say at the presser he didn't expect Sociedad to play like they did. :coffee: Then again, if we lose to Sociedad and win vs Madrid, it will be like in the treble year. All we need is to invite Moyes at the game on Anoeta to align the planets.

Personally not a fan of Rakitic and Gomes playing together, the same as Rafinha and Iniesta/Denis playing together.

If we lose this match we might get an easier opponent than had we finished first. Just some food for thought in case things dont go our way.
With our luck we probably get Bayern while Real get Leicester.

Barcelona dont need to calculate, what is the satisfaction to get easy draw in CL? 60 % la liga matches are easy, in cl i want watch barca vs top teams all the time, i dont care for real and if they get easy draw

It's a bit of a shit scenario isn't it?

Bayern are more than likely going to finish second in the group with their result today.

It would be a funny match up though, both teams fans would be incredibly nervous given how terrible both teams are atm.
