Even then, I'd still give it to ol' Quagliarella for the 26 he scored with Sampdoria or to the dude who exhibited the best ARTISTRY over the season. Would be cool these awards giving more weight to stuff like artistry, build-up and overall contributions/impact, etc. rather than just goals and trophies. I mean, the guys voting are supposed to be knowledgeable so surely they could put in the effort 
Otherwise, extreme example: imagine the best player ever [like 10 times better than Leo _ so basically

Has anyone seen the draw for euro 2020. Portugal, Germany and France in the same group. They'll probably come third in the group again and end up winning the tournament like in 2016

Portugal took a lot of flak for having an easy road to the Euro final four years ago. Not this time, it seems. Then again they did benefit from finishing third in their group in 2016 so who knows
They can lose to France and Germany and still go through by beating the play off winner.
Euros are pointless till the knockouts now.
