From the BBC-article:

"Turkish champions Galatasaray have been fined six million euros (£5.3m) and need to reach full break-even compliance by 2021-2022. They could be fined a further nine million euros if they fail to meet the requirements of the agreement."

Why would PSG ever try to comply then? If they only get fined the first and the second time they breach the rules, then they would rather pay at the frontdesk than restrict their transfers, for sure??

wow if that's correct, assuming PSG manages to receive the balance of 40/60 million Euro by June 30th, both ney and mbap's transfer fees would be paid in full?

What's all the commotion then?

It would also mean PSG has lots of ammo for this summer Mercato ending August 31st.

Let's see how it pans out.

For me, there was never any commotion. I never expected PSG to be sanctioned.

Of course they didn't get sanctioned. Corruption of this magnitude never existed in football. From Qatar World Cup to joke clubs like Paris being allowed to do what they please.

But, be sure, it will come to an end. And it could be a brutal end.

Neymar & Mbappe's transfers are both recorded in the 2017/2018 fiscal period. Next year, FFP will look at the 2017/2018 period, and thats why PSG needs to sell for 40m before June 30th in order to be balanced for 2017/2018, never being bothered over the transfer of Neymar & Mbappe again.

Wrong again.

They have to sell 60m worth of players to balance the books for the 2017/18 season and the Neymar/Mbappe signings will continue to affect FFP for the duration of their contracts and less so if they renew.

No it doesnt mean Neymar and Mbappe are paid in full in relation to FFP.

Jair doesnt have a clue what he is speaking about.

That’s not how FFP works. The 40 Million is for the prior cycle... Neymar and Mbappe fall into the new cycle.

And for those who want to know if it’s just Revenues + outgoing transfers - incoming transfers. The answer is no. It includes everything like wages, amortisations... The only exclusions are stadium, youth and women football expenditure.

When it turn out that I’m right again, I’ll be sure to remind you.

I’ve already sourced my claims. PSG will have a clean slate in 18/19.

Good luck peddling your bullshit though.

No you are full of shit and dont understand FFP if you think that is the Neymar and Mbappe transfers done and dusted in relation to FFP.

They wont have 'a clean slate'. More evidence that dont have a clue how it works.

For those Barca members who aren’t illiterate trolls, all clubs are allowed a 30m deficit over their previous three seasons of expenditures under FFP. For PSG, that is 15-16, 16-17, and 17-18 fiscal periods. After evaluating PSG’s transfers over that frame of time(both Neymar & Mbappe’s were counted), PSG is left with a 40m deficit. That is why the club will have a clean sheet going in the 18-19 transfer season should they meet their required player sales.

Haha they wont have a clean slate.

Neymar and Mbappe will still be a cost in terms of FFP for the duration of their contract.

Clean slate in relation to this years being cleared and new year starting but if you think there are not big FFP costs still to come for Neymar and Mbappe you need to go read up on FFP and learn what you are on about.

Are you illiterate and cant read it saying 60m?
