Pique, Mats, Suarez cared a lot also.
Other guys were quite decent in motivation area also.
Messi was probably with the least motivation. But he can score and create magic even with motivation 1%.

No way we'd get 220M for him. It would probably be around half of that. If at all with our selling history.
You have to spend money before you sell him.
Or at least get majority of players you plan on getting before selling. It's hard to do that but not impossible with right planning. Anyway, we can always afford to spend 100-150M (even if rumours in media says we can't) - most of big money transfers are paid in instalments over 2 or 3 years so you don't really pay 100M for a player at once - in summer and if we do that to get 2-3 good players then we can sell Neymar. It won't happen in near future though so no need to think about that. No.
