Why would Nasser say such things? Who's he referring to?

Neymar doesn't want to leave so it's not him. :thinking:

"The club is and always will be first, it is bigger. If someone does not accept that and is not happy, then they leave.

Nasser has spoke with Neymar and his father, and they’ve communicated that his future is in Paris. He goes on to say that if you believe the reports of Spanish media, that is too bad for you, but he isn’t interested in answering the same questions everyday.

Doesnt seem so clear cut going by that link.
