What makes you think that? He spent 4 years at Barcelona without fucking the dressing room up. On the contrary he was actually loved by his teammates and he still is.
The incident with Semedo, crying about his wages constantly and leaving to Brazil for birthday parties in the middle of the season. The guy thinks he can do whatever he wants and that sort of attitude is far from what is taught to youth in La Masia. He can stay the fuck out unless he pays the transfer fee.
Incidents on training happen every now and then, that wasnt something unique. Agreed on the birthdayparties.
Though the fact still stands that the players tried to make him stay, wrote good bye-comments on social media and still talk good about him and would welcome him back with open arms. I dont know what some of you guys think, but logically that means that he is still loved by our players.

Its just something the forum on a whole keeps repeating thinking if you keep saying it many times it will become true. He respected messi more than an average barca player. He respected the legends just fine and once when xavi made a dick move on him he didn't fire back. All of rakitic suarez messi pique etc are great friends with neymar which they wouldn't be if he was such a dick.
He hasn't even poisoned the locker room of PSG also. Its just that hate and bias coupled with lies getting repeated as group that misinformation about him spreads faster than wildfire. The shit that he is 'selfish' was also something that kept getting repeated when he has the highest assists/minute ratio in europe currently and had a shitload of assists last season too.
Apparently there were geniusses on round everywhere who thought PSG would give a better fight in the second leg because they didn't have a 'selfish' neymar but when PSG played utter shite in second leg those geniusses were no where to be seen and they moved on to the next convenient lie.

He didn't fuck up the locker room at Barca because there were always authoritative figures and disciplinary expectations at Barca so that players know their role. Plus it was clear that Neymar respected senior players at the club and he knew that he was never the central figure at this club and that the dressing room never revolved around him, which is also one of the reasons why he left.
Basically, yes, credit to him because he did keep his ego in check for 4 years.
But the same structures of discipline and respect clearly don't exist at a nothing club like PSG. He's already had big arguments with Cavani and probably more drama will arise in the future.
