I don't see them getting 110M for those 3 players tbh. Especially since selling Matuidi would mean they would have to get a replacement. Besides, PSG needs way more than just Neymar to have a chance to win the CL, but I don't know whether they realise that.
But then again, it's probably BS that they have to sell for 110M.

No one will pay for Matuidi when he is 30 and his contract ends next summer, the other two are overpaid players and one of them already failed in PL and is already 29 and will be almost 30 by winter transfer market.

RMC never quotes any source, and there's nowhere the word "official". Usually they say "according to" even when anonymous. RMC in the past reported many false, if not made up things.
The journalist that wrote the article is dumb, and doesn't take in account that PSG doesn't need to just sell, as they will get new sponsoring contracts, and new sponsors because of Neymar. They are already in talks with Nike to double their current contract with them.
All other french medias kind of trash that article because the journalist has no clue what he's saying, and has no access to PSG accounting, nor quote any UEFA source this time.
As such, it's mainly reported as "we-want-clicks" article, but even if true, PSG can get 110M in many ways.
So let's not hope for Verratti, it won't happen.

even with this update. And if it is true, neymar has set his eye on PSG and was waiting for the bonus. We should let him go. Push him out on that note to PSG and accomodate verrati somehow in the transfer.
Verratti was in PSG videos last night, and he said he won't leave.
It feels like he got the money he wanted or promise to get it, and is happy.
If he wanted to really join us, he should have pushed a transfer.

No worries, no way the Qataris will let this transfer fall through now, too much pride is at stake. They'd be willing to accept a CL ban if it meant getting Neymar. Their priority right now is to get Neymar and worry about the rest later.

UEFA can't order a club before a transfer is actually done, and not before the end of the season. Even the journalist that wrote the original article on RMC posted a lot on twitter afterwards in a try to explain what he actually wrote since it was false
